I'm Catholic, but as I've been interested in religion all my life, I visit other churches' websites as well. I believe I saw this on an Episcopal church Website in the Navajoland Are Mission. The church's vestments use Native American symbols that have to be explained in order to be even barely thought of as Christian.

Wow! That's Lame! It almost looks like maggots are crawling up this mockery of a chasuble !
Can I post or nominate a bad vestment? I know of one that truly deserves some ridicule.
My first thought was pine cones, second thought was Pilsbury crescent roles wrapped around hot dogs.
But I'm seeing the cocoons now.

I suspect it is a chasuable to be worn on St.spumante's day, those I suspect are Holy canollis
What do you mean "almost looks like maggots"?? They're cleaning up the dead flesh, aren't they?
feathers??? spark plugs?
Maybe they're "pigs in a blanket", or perhaps silkworm cocoons that will hopefully be used to make a BETTER vestment.

Are those giant maggots on his vestment?
At first glance I thought they were bowling pins...
giant pillbugs!
I think the maggots should be seen as a sign of spiritual decay. Spiritual decay and modernism are two sides of the same coin.
