Actually, I think that's the Army's new tactical chasuble in the recently introduced chaplain digital camouflage - PriestPat.

Looks like they forgot and used the black and white film. Might be interesting with a off white background and then shades of one of the liturgical colors.
I was thinking it has more of a Zen thing going...

It is a Katreen Bettencourt design. Even if the design is not pleasing to some, or money, the quality would be excellent, as it is handwoven.
