I can't help but notice that there are at least half a dozen priests wearing the exact same garb. Are these perhaps the color of a particular order or seminary?
Oh no, these must be their SPECIAL OCCASION VESTMENTS, in the dozens, so everybody can look like morons together.
Us Catlicks have big piles of the same vestments, too, for diocesan events at the cathedral, and I'm sure some are as ugly, so I'm not backpatting here.
When the Dorchester gas tank (actually, the neighbor twin of this replica) was painted in 1971, some people thought the "Rainbow Swash" had a profile of Ho Chi Minh in blue. Sort of marxist-leninist atheist vestments then.
The Dorchester Tanks are a Corita Kent design. She provided the aesthetic backdrop for the folk Mass phase of US Catholicism. http://www.notkeren.com/web/artists/sistercoritakent/corita3.jpg

So good to see you back!!!!!!
Isn't that a picture of the retired bishop bust by Canada customs for importing porno?
BustED.
One Cheeseburger, large fries, and a chocolate malt, please.
I think they only serve franks. Can't you see the dancing hot dog, followed by the bun, followed by a blue...spoon?

Dear Therese Z,
I think this is the vestment set for the 2002 World Youth Day. It's been some time and my photos are nowhere near me.
Sherwin-Williams - it covers the earth.

If that's "World Youth", I'm glad I'm old...
